- Is there a free trial?
- Every new organization gets the Growth plan free for 14 days. Afterwards you continue on the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan, so nothing is charged without your say.
- What counts as an AI request?
- Each reply an AI employee writes (including the tools it uses for that reply) is one AI request. Messages your team sends are not AI requests.
- Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?
- Yes. Govind AI connects to your number through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta's own conversation charges, if any, are billed by Meta.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. A change of plan takes effect from your next billing cycle, and if you cancel, your plan stays active until the cycle ends. Payments are handled securely by Razorpay.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- You see your usage at all times. If a monthly limit is reached, AI employees hand conversations to your team instead of going silent, and you can upgrade at any time.
