Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and make sure the information you give us is accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the team members you invite and the roles you give them.

Using the service responsibly

• Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and follow WhatsApp's and Meta's business and commerce policies.
• Do not use Govind AI for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to send spam.
• Do not try to break, overload, or get around the security of the service or other organizations' data.
• You must have the rights to the documents, files, and data you upload.

AI employees

AI employees generate replies automatically and can make mistakes. You decide their instructions, the knowledge and tools they may use, and which actions need approval. Review important information before relying on it, and do not use AI employees to give medical, legal, or financial advice.

Your content

You own the content you and your customers bring into Govind AI. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide, secure, and support the service for you.

Plans, payments, and limits

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. Plan limits apply as shown on the pricing page and in your account. Changes to your plan take effect from the next billing cycle; if you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the cycle. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires it. Third-party charges, such as Meta's WhatsApp fees or your own AI provider costs, are separate.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features; we will give notice of changes that significantly reduce what you can do.

Ending the service

You can stop using Govind AI and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk, and will tell you why where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
